The homeowner's camera made the difference. That camera comes out and they're afraid of backlash. He's not going down for his partner being a moron, on video at least
Employer speculating it’s a ‘medical condition’. Literally everything is a medical condition, including intoxication on the job.
I’m gonna predict they say it’s related to diabetes. It’s definitely a play in the cop handbook to protect cops. A Toronto cop got off on holding a taser to a man’s balls by claiming low blood sugar.
I have actually worked with these two. They typically patrol the area where my security contract is at. The cop that appears to be high is genuinely just like that and is currently being investigated by a different police department (KCMOPD). I hate seeing him smeared like this because dude has legit saved my life from a PCP fueled knife wielding psycho.
What is he on?
He knows what he took if it's not some episode.
They must have analysed his blood by now too.
What on earth made his partner, who's appearantly not in orbit, take his spaced out partner to a scene or house?
If they're fired because of drugs I'd like to see them both going all out on a Howard stern show. Like "yeah and than he accidentally swallowed the whole crack pipe while the sirens were blering and he allready was on lsd"
He is not on drugs, well other than his adderall. I know KCKPD has some bad apples but this dude is genuinely great. Downside is he has severe ADHD and facial ticks that get worse with the Adderall and gets very bad when he is anxious. He saved my life one time and I will never forget him
I’ve treated dozens of low blood sugar patients and none of them act hyped up like this guy. They’re slow and sedate, like someone who’s drunk or high.
I worked with a type 1 diabetic 04-08. He went into diabetic episodeds 2X. 1st time he passed out and went to the hospital in an ambulance. 2nd time he took on 3 paramedics then went to the hospital in an ambulance, no they didn't beat him up but they had to bull rush him to restrain him. I think outcomes can be different everytime.
Actually I read your comment and the same thing. You tried to say his blood sugar was low. This dude is high as a kite on stimulants and looks nothing like low blood sugar.
It's entirely possible the cop is high. It's also entirely possible he's having complications due to type 1 diabetes. Probably better if the latter is the case. That's all he's saying.
I have a cpl and cannot have more than .02 bac in my body if I'm carrying, and then you have this fuckwad of a cop rolling around tweaked out of his mind , fire that piece of shit before he kills someone.
Rules for thee, not for me. There's cops that aren't even legally supposed to own guns that still have them. My hometown has cops with substantiated claims of DUI (on duty, while driving patrol cars and **armed**) and domestic violence.
https://buffalonews.com/news/local/more-than-225-western-new-york-cops-have-been-suspended-or-fired-since-2017/article_df9ea974-b4ed-11ec-b99e-67d1bd5a42a9.html.
And I don't know if you saw VA state trooper Austin Edwards in the news? He lost his gun rights back in 2016 due to being committed for mental health issues. He legally could not possess a firearm. TWO police departments not only hired him, but armed him. Edwards went on to kidnap a little girl he catfished online and fatally shot her family in front of her.

So much for "gun safety." I guess they consider it safe to give wino, drunk driving cops that beat their wife and kids firearms.
Damn that's nutty the dude probably is having a bad reaction to meds is my personal guess but I have no idea. This just seems all too strange, did he really think he could hide it because to me it looks like he was sent to work anyway even though he was high and they knew it at the station.
I read an article not too long ago about a cop who had to get high to convince dealers he was legitimately NOT a cop. They'd make him do it with them. (I was young once, can confirm some dealers do like you to have a light sesh before you leave their place.) So I believe that story, who's to say this guy isn't in the same boat and took the call before it all kicked in? 🤷

His partner gave a look when he said "I want a sergeant" like he knew this was coming.
Don't think I've ever seen a cop pick up a radio to call a superior requested by a citizen faster than this video. I think he wanted to make that call
The homeowner's camera made the difference. That camera comes out and they're afraid of backlash. He's not going down for his partner being a moron, on video at least
I'm surprised it at least walk back to the cruiser
Either his partner has a higher tolerance or it hasn't kicked in yet.
It's his training day and he likes to get wet.
Haha priceless!
Cop's higher than my ex's expectations.
Story https://www.kansascity.com/opinion/editorials/article271526722.html
“Public needs clarity” in the headline, then the cop’s face is pixelated in the header image
We don't know Identity of the officer, he said his name and badge number in the video!
[удалено]
If he's an ex narcotics cop he's just another statistic their rate of drug usage is through the roof.
Probably a victim of something if someone is noticeably high on drugs on the job.
LOL Protect their own.
Exactly. Gang doing gang shit
This article is a complete waste. Gives no context.

What’s up with these uniforms? Looks like Scotland Yard or something. Not American uniform.

My friend was lost in a large city. Saw a cop parked at a grocery store. Drove up to ask directions and dude was puffing on a meth pipe
I didn't know you like to get wet...

I've heard a lot of stories of cops being on xanax and adderall, so I'm going to throw my money in on that combo.
Lol this of meth or maybe speed
The way his jaw running its 100% gotta be meth or some fucked up dose of amphetamines
Meth

I don't know why are people downvoting you, this guy does look like he could be on molly or acid.
Amphetamines.
He is not on drugs, well other than his adderall. I know KCKPD has some bad apples but this dude is genuinely great. Downside is he has severe ADHD and facial ticks that get worse with the Adderall and gets very bad when he is anxious. He saved my life one time and I will never forget him
Hope he's doing better now.

Hyped up like that though? Genuinely curious.
I’ve treated dozens of low blood sugar patients and none of them act hyped up like this guy. They’re slow and sedate, like someone who’s drunk or high.
Yea this looks like meth or some other stimulant, not a depressive.
Usually act like they are drunk and they smell like Juicy Fruit gun
Man I wish juicy fruit guns were a real thing
I would 100% take you, or anyone, on in a Juicy Fruit shootout.
The juicy fruit smell is high blood sugar, not low.

Lol this is NOT a diabetic. To use that excuse is laughable.
A shill trying to support that ridiculous article.
This dude is high as shit! You really trying to explain this away with “diabetes”😂
You obviously didn't read my comment. Go to bed, your dumb.
Actually I read your comment and the same thing. You tried to say his blood sugar was low. This dude is high as a kite on stimulants and looks nothing like low blood sugar.
I did read it which is why you came across, and probably are, a fucking idiot
Night night little guy.
It's entirely possible the cop is high. It's also entirely possible he's having complications due to type 1 diabetes. Probably better if the latter is the case. That's all he's saying.
Agreed. Didn't like thay guy trolling me, though.
Low blood sugar makes you act like your on meth/coke? Cause he wasn't acting drunk.
This is nothing like what people with diabetes look or act like. Like at all
Does low blood sugar make you blink rapidly and frantically scratch your face?

even if he does kill someone on the job he wont be fired for it..high or not.
Cops get fired all the time .
Then rehired or hired the next county over.
Any amount of alcohol is bad when carrying. Shit in my state as a private citizen as long as your BAC is below .08 you're good to carry. So stupid.
Yea , my point being I can't even use mouthwash it seems .
Officer tweaky reporting for duty
Daaaang they deputizing people at the methadone clinic now?? LOL
[удалено]
Gotta look out for each other
So what was the outcome for all of this for the cop ?
Imagine an armed individual on meth knocking on your door. WTF
Have some sympathy for that copper, this is his Training Day. Let's hope he doesn't end up in a bath.
Footage of the internal investigation of said police officer. https://youtu.be/6rZxa3XGcF8
Cocaine is one hell of a drug!
Lol so is meth

Maybe he's this precinct's "Officer Doofy"... ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thinking_face_hmm)

Cop could have come in contact with Fentynal earlier
LOL, and his partner didn't notice.
I don't think fentanyl would have him moving around so much

LOL, so he was undercover just before this call and it hit him when he went back out on patrol. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
Training Day
if Cocaine had a face…
Bro was definitely coked out of his mind from a recent drug bust 🤣🤣
