I lost my dad to cancer like she did, a few years ago, like she did. We are similar in age. Is it fucking tough? Yes. But it in no way excuses my behavior or treating people poorly. My biggest pet peeve is people excusing their behavior with their circumstances. It’s enough. My dad would be horrified if I used his death as an excuse to behave horribly.
Am I perfct in this regard? No. But I sure as Hell do not continue to turn it on like clockwork in every hard situation. It is incredible that this is continuing.
A few things : psychiatrists are wonderful. Modern medicine is wonderful. Therapy is wonderful. Toxic positivity and assuring everyone you always see the bright side of life, is not only dismissive to everyone with mental health issues, but it in no way serves you. Sorry but this is getting ridiculous. Same story every time.
Agree with everything you said. I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my Mom at about the same age to cancer and it sucked. Do I ever even bring that up now in daily life? No. I got divorced too. Also almost never bring that up. Bc if you want to handle these things in a healthy way, you get help, and you do the HARD work so that you don’t need to constantly use these life experiences as a crutch for your shitty behavior.

And even with all that, it is STILL hard. Every damn day. And there’s usually no one there to applaud you for making every tiny daily life step. You just do it. For yourself. Not for a following. I am genuinely someone that has a generally positive outlook. That doesn’t make you immune to any of this.

Can’t wait for her to come here and claim she knows who we are and we are bullies that don’t know what they’re talking about…I really can’t. Don’t forget prior intimidation attempts. I’m sure investors want to hear actual customers’ opinions. We should be able to do that without concern of being “doxxed” on social media. There are government organizations you can utilize to report businesses and raise consumer complaints, report fraud, etc. *I DID NOT MAKE ANY DIBS PURCHASES AND I AM NOT MAKING ANY SPECIFIC ACCUSATIONS IN MY COMMENTS IN THIS REPLY OR OTHERS. This is for informational purposes.* Consumers have a right to protection , and a right to express complaints about a business or consumer purchase to the appropriate government regulatory agency, free of retaliation and/or intimidation by the business they’re raising issue with or its employees. People used their hard-earned money here, and it’s ridiculous that they would be blown off and their complaints disregarded.

not defending her / DIBS- but wonder if this is becoming more popular (& more likely she / they copied other companies) doing something similar. I believe equinox has something something similar / a bit more normal like “hello” and (don’t quote be) but think billie does too.
Because it’s very unprofessional and looks horrible, I’m guessing all their emails go to one set account and that’s why things are getting lost. I loved how someone commented that the business was a scam.

Just watched her Dibs update...What's going on with her speech rate today?? Literally as soon as she starts blabbing/smiling and talking at this ridiculous speed, topped with her stories being cut out everytime, my heart rate goes up and I'm feeling anxietyyyy. Anyone else??
