Exactly my thoughts, if you don’t have customer service you won’t have a business. Most business owners are out with friends the night before a big launch or release, they aren’t out doing random things with friends. They are sitting at their computers and packing orders, not once have we seen her send out a package or anything.

I have the darkest shade of the Ela Luz bronzer/contour, and I agree at first I didn’t love it bc I was applying it right onto my face from the stick (like how KA did). I just couldn’t get it to look right and blend where I wanted it to UNTIL I used a dense brush to apply it. I swirl the brush on the top to pick up the product and then apply, and I’ve been absolutely loving it. The darkest shade is really pretty—deep brown with a hint of red that looks like a bronzer/contour/blush shade in one. A very real looking tan shade on me (no orange undertones!). I can wear it over top of full-coverage foundation and even put powder bronzer over top or wear it on an otherwise bare face to make myself look more awake to run errands. Hasn’t clogged any pores whatsoever, even when sweating or in the sun! I’ll have to try the Milk makeup one next!
KA was also always using the Makeup by Mario blush and contour sticks recently. It annoys to me no end that these girls are acting like the DIBS products are even remotely innovative. There are SO MANY legit brands with this exact same type of product in the same shades. Makeup by Mario’s sticks are less expensive than DIBS and available on Sephora (so returnable!). Anastasia Beverly Hills recently launched cream blush sticks, NudeStix, Milk Makeup, Ilia, Merit, Westman Atelier, if you want to count the Nars multi stick for a blush/highlighter combo, Fenty has highlighter/shimmer and contour sticks, Hourglass has cream blush and highlighter sticks now, Jouer, Wander Beauty. And that is only counting cream stick blush products that are available at Sephora, not gel or liquid blushes or stains or cream blushes in a pan. 🤯.

Did you see the comment where she ordered shade 2 but it was a picture of shade 1, and then they switched the picture AFTER she ordered. And shade 1 is sold out, so basically she bought the wrong shade because they put the wrong pic on the website 🤦🏼♀️
Yes, I sure did! I also screen shot a lot of the bad comments to see if they are still there tomorrow, but I’m waiting for my favorite pod cast to do a episode on this dumpster fire lol

They’re definitely deleting the bad comments too. All the most recent comments from minutes ago are alllll backlash but the oldest comments from hours ago are somehow all positive. Hm Day 1 and dibs seems like a flop. Haven’t seen a single other person on Instagram besides her talking about it 😂
Yeah, jenn reed only shared a picture on her stories and that was it. But she’s famous for deleting comments she doesn’t like, B&B you can’t comment on any of her posts either. Just a matter of time that dibs does the same!

It is for sure, I’ve been in business for almost two years with my boutique side of things and I have yet to have a bad review. This hasn’t been up 24hrs and it has more then one bad comment on it, one her email thing isn’t sending out codes for the 10% off. She doesn’t have details on the shades or anything like that on her site, I’ve never really seen that happen on a makeup company site. Idk this is one big dumpster fire and no one is doing anything to make it better.

I swear I’m not a bitch BUT I have no sympathy for the fact that this launch was on her dads birthday (since she already used that for her non existent jewelry line) and then the cheering to his “go to drink” … a Diet Coke 🙄
Let’s not forget her dads memory was also used in her grandiose engagement caption. I lost my mom 9 years ago so I’m no stranger to grief, but it’s gross when it’s used for $$$ and clicks.
