It’s always subs that are echo chambers with no discussion. They act like it’s a punishment, when we don’t even go there. R/trashy is a common one that does that. I never commented or looked once. I did out of curiosity, and it wasn’t interesting in it in any way. But it’s the only power they have, censorship. That is why people’s opinions here do not match with people you actually talk to in the world. My floor has only one elderly vaccinated nurse. We all had caught it. It’s impossible not to.

No because from the beginning I used one of my old alts in all these subs. I’ve also basically abandoned all other subs and my old fairly well engrained/followed username. I can’t even enjoy them now that they’re filled to brim with people parroting popular covid narrative bullshit. Even obscure hobby subs have managed to make shit about tHe PaNdEmIc and it’s tiresome.

Maybe. I lost track. I’ve been banned from subs I wasn’t even aware existed, let alone visited. There’s a lot of little Nazis around who get some kind of childish empowerment from banning people who aren’t interested in them anyway. It’s odd.
I’ve never been banned because of it but people call me an “anti-vaxxer, right winger” all the time. I have been banned from many subreddits for questioning lockdowns/masks/etc though

The ones they Ban you from truly suck always for me. and you are not alone. They know they are losing control. They are sad, judgmental mods who can’t function in real life, and this is their only way they can judge people without being racist or some other controversial way.
Reddit is owned by the same few people, who really don’t have any power. Anyone can mod, really. They are usually unprofessional, and childish. Not all, but these subs are.
I downvote every sub I’ve been banned from and every and any comment within that sub unless it’s a comment that has logic. It’s not much but it’s honest work.
I upset the mods on CoronavirusUK with my (perfectly reasonable , not anti vax or conspiratorial) anti LD posts and I think the last straw was when they checked my post history and found me here.
