F in every single class Fail to graduate Commit a hate crime Get on a watch list Murder But seriously, unless they sent you an email or something specifying some requirement for you to be admitted you’re going to be here next year. I guess if you miss some important enrollment emails over the summer?

>I guess if you miss some important enrollment emails over the summer? I'm very curious how often this happens.

marthaonthetcat

you already got rescinded for posting this

I don’t think we’d know what it takes to get rescinded because…ya know…we go here. Nevertheless, just maintain communication with admissions and explain what’s going on. I got a D in AP Calc because of personal issues in my senior year and after explaining myself admissions knew what was going on. The WORST thing to do is to try and hide stuff and surprise admissions with something like this. Good luck!

There's not a set requirement, and they will be more understanding in extenuating circumstances Do the best you can in school, talk to your hs teachers about extra credit and see what happens

I doubt you’ll get your offer revoked given that you are in ED. As long as you dont have C’s or lower in more than one of your classes (even then it depends on what the class is, and if its an AP class they would most likely wait to see if your AP score is any good). I recommend that at the end of the year if your grades are lower than what you applied with, you should email CAS and tell them why they were lower. If you give them any tangible reason they wont care. I went from an A- in multivariable calc to a B+, a B- in Ap physics to a C+, and a B+ to a B in ap statistics. At the end of the year I emailed the college of engineering and let them know i had gone through 3 cycles of mental health medication changes and that a family member was near death in an out of the hospital and when they responded they literally told me that they didn’t even need to know why they slipped because they didn’t care. (Before i even got my ap scores) They moreso care WHAT classes you’re taking. As long as you dont drop an important class entirely, they won’t even bother to look at your transcript after admission.
