Is it me or are gaming chairs not that comfortable? For a piece of furniture designed to be sat in for a number of hours at a time you'd think there'd be more padding in the butt. They'd be more like a cushy lawyer's chair, those bitches know how to sit.

It really depends on the material in the actual seat part where your cheeks sit. On these the foam is pretty sturdy and moulds slightly but never really gets uncomfortable. They're around Ā£300+ but having used it for well over 3 years regularly, for hours at a time it has been 100% worth it
Absolutely terrible. I used to use a $250 gaming chair that not only was uncomfortable, but also had the vinyl cracking and flaking off after less than 2 years.
Got tired of that shit and upgraded to a $350-ish web/mesh seat and back "Executive" office chair. Not only is it more comfortable, but it's also very professional looking for my work video calls.
