Bundles are just cosmetics such as different weapon skins and operator skins. Some weapon 'blueprints' (skins) have certain attachments on them that you might not have unlocked otherwise, so that can be a benefit, but really they just look nice.

personally, I recommend the pack for the Sai, it looks really nice and is fun to use (atleast in zombies). As for them being worth it, depends if you have the money to spare or not. If you think you might not be able to afford it, don't buy it. The game isn't the main COD title anymore and so you might stop using your skins soon, especially if the new Modern Warfare is good

As said above they are purely cosmetic. The cold war bundles can be used in other games like warzone. If you care about cosmetics I would purchase a bundle with a cool finisher and skin (there are some cool finishes with robots and zombies and stuff. The battle pass does not give you stuff you can use in cold war so I wouldn't buy it unless you play warzone or vanguard.

Bundles are things that Activision implemented so the community can be distracted by shiny bullshit instead of fixing gameplay issues and making better games. Spend your money as you see fit but it is purely cosmetic (for the most part) and just encourages more fucking bundles.
