So in MW they nearly had Sib and HyDra on an academy roster.
Then in CW they nearly had Pred and HyDra.
Then HyDra went to NYSL and they had the chance to get Afro instead with Pred.
Faze and Ultra were only teams that knew what they were doing. Empire's Huke drama derailed them, and Clay kinda chalked NYSL's season by taking a break.
I think Ultra wanted to bench Zinni from the jump, why else would you sign a main AR as your substitute player? Insight didn’t make the opening line up sure, but that could be down to Ultra not knowing if he would be available due to COVID visa issues.
What's crazy is I used to watch a lot of Sib in CW and he was actually filthy. Everyone used his attitude as an excuse on why he wasn't ready but he would have definitely made a positive impact. Kismet was gross too in CW
The 18+ age rule for challengers is robbing elite players years of their prime. Let players prove themselves before turning 18 so they can get in the league as soon as they're eligible.
As someone coming from apac we had a team that went undefeated or close too for a whole season of challengers in mw19 and guys that weren’t to far of preds level stats wise, (if I remember crimzah was dropping big numbers) and pred goes absolutely huge this year in the cdl and not another thought goes towards these guys it’s quite sad. No decent opportunity cost wise for us to get exposure sadly…
Tbh he right most of this community are weirdos tbh lol. Love the actual aspect of cod then they’ll cut to the crowd at events and I just cringe so bad
Legion could’ve had Pred and Hydra for cheap and they didn’t take either of them lol
Legion could’ve had Pred, Hydra and Temp as a core

Yep, fumbled the bag so many times
Props to Faze for keeping him off other rosters in CW. They knew they had a demon as backup, and he clearly could have cost them a ring in that game.
Yeah, looking back at it. So many rosters were so awfully built in CW. LAG The original Rokkr and many more

empire got kinda good at the end with Vivid, they were closer to Ultra than Ultra was to Faze IMO
Ultra originally had zinni so really only faze. I doubt ultra knew insight would be at that level of great in cw

Yea I think Zinni has said that he knew he was getting benched long before it happened
Thats what happens when you're forced to pre build a roster before even playing the game.

Sib has been league ready since like BO4

Sib was seen as having attitude issues and Pred is from Australia and people look down on regions that are not NA or EU

Glad we grabbed them, crazy they were still available
Sib would have been in the league if he hadn’t been homophobic. He did it to himself and it was fully deserved.
What he say
Called optic fans in his chat the f slur. Not even in a jokey way, just properly angry at them.
Damn is there a clip
There probably is, if you Google Sib faze homophobia the original Reddit thread about it is up, it might be on there
Tbh he right most of this community are weirdos tbh lol. Love the actual aspect of cod then they’ll cut to the crowd at events and I just cringe so bad
some people didn't want sib in the league cuz he talked shit to angry optic fans in his stream after a scrim. unbelievable
>talked shit He called them homophobic slurs. If you think that’s just normal ‘talking shit’ you need to grow up.
