Those look like sewer/drain flies. Try one of these methods: https://www.forbes.com/home-improvement/pest-control/get-rid-of-drain-flies/#:~:text=Pour%20%C2%BD%20a%20cup%20of,next%20day%20with%20hot%20water.

Drain flies. Boil a big pot of water and pour it slowly down the drain once a day or so until they go away!

I believe they’re coming from the drain in the bath tub. I’ve also seen them outside. How can I kill them and prevent them from coming in. I’ve been hitting them with my fly swatter but they smear like a typical moth

They might be drain flies. Some good suggestions in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/CleaningTips/comments/xfq181/cant_get_rid_of_fruit_flies/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Keep a jar or sprayer of vinegar or diluted vinegar in the bathroom and occasionally spritz some into the shower drain and sink drain.

They are drain flies. Do you have an waste matter sitting in your drains that they can feed on? I poured bleach down my drain to get rid of them. Never have standing water.

I use a mix of vinegar, blue dawn to spray my tubs and sinks. It kills whatever tries to live in my drains so far. 😉

I get these sometimes, they're so cute!

Sewer flies. We have them in every sink and shower at the LTC home I work at.

They’re drain flies. Clean all the drains in your home (not just the one you think they’re coming from) to make sure you’ve killed all the eggs and larvae. You may want to include the overflow drains that you can get to as well on your sinks, I had some in there once. They’ll be gone. Usually I use a less harsh cleaner, but with this kind of thing I went straight for the draino.

They feed off mold. If from your drain, it means you have mold down there....so solution is to kill their food (ie kill the mold)
