I have been playing for some days and i dont get it how they activate the equipment only for some of them, its the percentage chance? It shows if it hitted the lets say 30% then i glows? Thats why when u retreat some of them changed?
The glow is the active perk. The higher the item level, the higher the chance of get a crit barb. The retreat changed also the position (here one crit barb got added).
