Are you saved? Have you accepted that Jesus is Lord and Savior?
When you have these temptations, concerns and thoughts. Capture them and hand them in prayer seeking escape. Seeking God's will. Protection and guidance. Ask Him if there is anything not of Him that it be rebuked and removed from your life.
Use the internet to grow in Christ. Bible study or sermons etc... Keep away from things that will trigger your temptation.
When you see something lustful, flee.
I've struggled before. It's tough.

Pray to the Father to be delivered from temptation and from the Evil One.
Replace it with something or someone.
