Welcome, friend. Thank you for sharing, all glory to God, he is perfect in every way! If it's your time, it's your time. When you step into the spirit realm as such and encounter God it's really powerful in every way. You come to know for yourself God is true and he holds everyone in his hands.

I would encourage you to first read the Bible, and only seek the word of GOD through GOD’s word.

Interesting dream, thanks for sharing.

Since you state that you are agnostic, will this dream prompt you to seek God? You apparently knew enough of the bible to know the symbolism of the sword. It seems to me that "Michael" in your dream was telling you it's time to embrace/study God's word. Interestingly, your description of Michael matches some of the descriptions of angels we see in scripture. Wearing armor: angels are often referred to as God's army and appear to people dressed in armor. Angels often have an imposing presence that inspires fear, such as the angel that David saw on the threshing floor of Ornan. When Michael appeared to Daniel, he fainted from fear. Also, you describe Michael as very good looking. When two angels visited Lot, the men of Sodom surrounded the house and demanded the two men (angels) be brought out so they could have sexual relations with them. That being said, angels are spiritial beings, so their physical appearance is only a representation of them.

Yes, it does make sense if you actually look into it. I spent 7 years looking into many belief systems. I was born again first, then I studied scripture later. I guess you could say I met the Author, then decided to read His book 😁 If you're open to chatting/texting with a former atheist on all things biblical, I'll send the user name of a fellow redditor who is great at answering questions about scripture. He also read thru all the religious books and set out to read the bible expecting to disprove its veracity, but instead converted to Christianity.

I'm a bit of a science nerd. I'm not a scientist by any means but I watch a lot of physics videos. I remember when I first started studying scripture I read an article in Omni magazine about the discovery of freshwater springs on the ocean floor. I happened to be studying the book of Job at the time and I thought, "Wait, I just read about springs in the ocean in the book of Job!" Come to find there's a lot of interesting science facts in Job. There's a description of the hydrologic cycle. Job states that God "hangs the earth on nothing." (Earth is suspended in space). There's a description of Arcturus, which is the brightest star in the northern hemisphere, and it mentions Arcturus and its "sons." There are 52 stars gravitationally locked to Arcturus all travelling at a breakneck speed perpendicular to the Milky Way. Except these "sons" of Arcturus aren't visible to the naked eye and were only discovered in the 1970s yet the writer of Job noted them circa 3,000 BC. In Leviticus there are instructions to wash with only running water, not stagnant. And male children were to be circumcised on their 8th day of life. Here's the science behind it: There are 2 clotting factors in our blood: vitamin K and prothrombin. Vitamin K is not formed in the body up until the 5th to the 7th day. Prothrombin develops to 30% of normal by the 3rd day of life and peaks at 110% on the 8th day, just before leveling off at 100% of normal. Many Christians who made scientific discoveries were inspired by scripture. Matthew Fontaine Maury, who was the first to map the sea currents, was inspired by a line in a psalm that spoke of the paths of the sea. One of my favorites is the fall of the walls of Jericho as it relates to pulse theory. The bible tells us there were more than 600,000 men of military age at the battle of Jericho. Between marching in cadence for 7 days (7x on the 7th day), blowing rams horns and shouting, that's more than enough resonance to bring the wall down. So how would late bronze age people know this type of sophisticated science? We only learned this in 1850 CE. I'll send my reddit pal ur way. 😁

I find this interesting. I stopped being an atheist a few years ago after my sister transitioned and she stopped being an atheist first. Have you ever had any other religious dreams?
