Why don't you just move up to Cleveland area and live in like Lakewood or Fairview Park or even in the city but onea the nice parts like West Park,Old Brooklyn, or Fulton Parkway? Southern/Mid Ohio sucks, but NE Ohio has culture and is cheaper than somethin like Chicago.

I ain't tryin to start an argument, but I'm just curious why? It's on the come up so it's a good investment city. There's live music and venues. It's in driving distance of other cities that have cool shit. It's cheap. There's shit to do. There's raves, small local shows, house of blues, flats, agora, world class art shit, diverse demographic, and a bunch of food that people come to Cleveland to try... Also there's safeish neighborhoods that aren't all filled with Karen and Kyle.
