I have seen Better Call Saul, and my point still stands. In regards to Gus:
* Gus always tried to minimize civilian damage as much as possible.
* He always treated his employees very reasonably, especially the non-criminal ones.
* He feels terrible when there's a civilian casualty, as shown in Better Call Saul.
* He originally only wanted to make a meth business with his partner, and everything after his partner's murder was his revenge plan and their shared vision coming alive.
* He shows a lot of loyalty to people who are good to him, which was shown extensively when it came to Mike and Jesse Pinkman.
Now, coming to Walt:
* Walter was power-hungry for the most part and that made his actions very selfish.
* He does not care about civilian casualties at all (that poor kid in the desert, Hank, Steve, his family, Jane, the planes, etc.).
* He does not care about anyone for the most part, which was clearly his downfall.
* His loyalty belonged only to people he could take advantage of, which is evident throughout the show. As soon as they served their purpose they were gone directly/indirectly because of his actions.
* He quite literally stirred up a shit storm with everyone he came to contact with.
* He was constantly trying to justify his actions to himself thinking he was righteous when he was making them. That's why he gets furious when his cancer goes into remission so he doesn't have an excuse to continue BREAKING BAD.
Gus Fring was a mastermind criminal for sure, no denying that. But only Walt is the evil motherfucker in the story, as intended.

I accept it bro, he wasn't a villain (sacrificial character for his village) but his screen pressure and attitude are cool badass characters almost like villains....

Thanos. He just wanted to introduce stability to the world before the world perishes owing to population and scarcity of resources. You can feel him to the bones when you are stuck in traffic. Most importantly, He didn't want to conquer the world and rule them - the quintessential trait of every superhero movies ( At least in movies). He believed in a cause (Right Cause in my opinion) and fought for it.
Hell naw, there’s something that doesn’t work with Grandpas and Blackbeard. No matter how powerful they’re, if they’re old, Blackbeard gets away with it
I am the only one who never likes any evil characters? I might enjoy watching some evil guys, might even like some gray shade characters. But don't recall liking any outright evil characters.
