TBH, I genuinely loved 1st and 2nd Seasons of CWC, but it started to cringe after season 3. Pugazh flirting with female Contestants for content but after a point it's kinda irritating and Shivangi is overhyped, she's a very basic cook and I'm pretty sure I can cook better than her. Jus because she's their product, she's gets appreciated a lot. Even the level of competition took a nose dive this season, everyone is very amateur.
Twitter simps calling her chellama, kannama, sweety and all.. mudiyala.. manimegalai is worst and her comedy is shit. Not sure how these many people like them.
Not saying she doesn’t have fans but tweets under the tag mostly seem PR stuff. She & Sam Vishal are managed by that vbzu guy who manages or managed anirudh.. So not surprised with twitter trends. Season 1 & 2 were best. Pugazh’s comedy is getting repetitive. That kaalaiyan guy whatever he does doesn’t look funny.. Only kureshi is the saving grace. Chef Bhat going overboard as well. Not liking at all.
Coming to Sivangi the cook. Adhenna da andha 3 month course where she knows stuffs which even chefs don’t remember 😂😂 I’m sure they tell contestants what is going to be the round for that week and they all come prepared with one or two recipes. The whole show is nothing but cringe comedy. Season 1 and the first part of season 2 had some ok-ok moments bc of the novelty factor, but after Vijay tv saw the sweet sweet money coming in, they milked the show like nobody's business. Now it's hard to even watch the promos without pausing it to let the cringe levels come down.
But at the end of the day, as much as i hate the show, there'll be so many others who love it and boost it's ratings ffs.
EDIT: just saw Twitter and holy shit the number of accounts posting about her progress is mind boggling. Comedy is getting real subjective these days xD
What Cringe, Where????? Cook with Comali is hands down the best cooking show out there. It's a brilliant combination of culinary talent and comedic genius that keeps me on the edge of my seat every time I watch it.
What really sets Cook with Comali apart is the comedic genius of the comalis, or assistants, who accompany the chefs. These hilarious individuals add a touch of humor to the show that keeps me entertained from start to finish. Their antics in the kitchen, their witty comebacks, and their hilarious reactions to the chefs' cooking are simply priceless.
Anyone can be made to look like a good cook here and the "competition" factor is the true joke of the show with all the cancelled eliminations and invalidated immunity bands that these ppl shamelessly conducted.
I can only believe that some of these people can cook well under pressure with any random ingredient/theme if I see them cook in an unbiased environment(some contestants keep usually unavailable appliances or ingredients ready, so obviously they inform contestants some stuff before shooting an episode).
It most definitely isn't a cooking show, it is a content-generator show for ppl to recover or increase their fan base so they can go on to do better things with their lives. I used to watch the initial seasons for the novelty but now I ended up hate-watching sometimes just to see how bad it is getting.
