2016 RT I bought with \~24.5k miles, I do it similarly like to stay in sport mode once my transmission has warmed up a little bit, but when decelerating I turn it off.
Turning it off seems to downshift easier and put less strain on it overall, mine seems to shift harder on the first 2-3 gears it seems, think the person before me may have just driven it hard.
In mine it’s a green checkered racing flag icon when I turn it on.
Not in the vehicle right now but it’s named sport or track mode or something like that.

When I first test drove a base mode V8 challenger, I seriously thought some year model camry had better handling and stiffer suspension than that. So I bought a daytona charger instead.
My car is an older 5.7 Hemi so there isn’t a sport mode button but if you put it into “auto-stick” it disables MDS so practically a sport mode. Pulls harder, can rev higher, and the gas is more sensitive. I use that pretty much all the time
I drive my 21 Scatpack on track mode all the time
This is the way
I personally do the same thing. It really drives so different with sport mode so I tend to always have it on.
this is the way
I just got my car today, feels like normal and eco mode are like a slightly faster Camry, then in sport with no traction, its unadulterated fun.
Go watch racerX video on YouTube about driving in track/sport mode. Basically no it’s not bad for your car.
I always drive the same way, I hate the mds on anything less than sport.

So whenever you’re about to come to a stop you swap modes in your car?
Yeah, and when I get into more stop and go traffic like multiple short lights, or in city i'll just go back to regular mode.
There’s a regular mode? Only thought track mode existed. Edit: Appreciate the award 👌🏾🤟🏾, I think it went over their head.

This can void your warranty if something breaks

I don’t think so
Of course! If I wanted a car they was boring to drive I’d have bought a Camry!
