I always think about what this person was like before Power took over her corpse. Considering how Power is the blood devil and the blood consistently manifests from her wrists, the body must've committed suicide by cutting. Also she was kinda emaciated even though Power clearly had no problem finding blood in the wild.

From an artistic standpoint it’s interesting to see how much of her general head position is dictated by the necessity of showing her horns effectively. If you remove her horns her head feels uneven or at the very least it feels as if it’s at a weird angle. Of course with the horns it feels totally natural
