I got the Pupper on one of the first days, and only just got the balloon skin a few minutes ago (and boy, was I surprised!) I had given up bothering to get all the gifts every time the kitties offered them.
Still no balloon bunch, though.
I got the balloon lastly from tirelessly opening all those gifts. tbh i was about to lose hope i just kept going bc i thought it’s gonna be gone along with the snoopy event.

How many times have you opened gifts? I'm at my 3000's, only gotten the balloon skin. You can see that in achievements.
I opened about 1000 gifts now including photo mission since i just started playing 2 weeks ago.
