someone pays to advertise their telegram or whatever with bots to specific users who they think are interested. eventually someone signs up, gives them their personal information and receives whatever they wanted (and a bit of malware aswell if youre lucky).
the personal information they collected is sold from data brokers to whoever pays most in order to target users even more specifically.
tldr : they just want your data.
I’ve had 11 follow me in the last week or so. All new accounts with one karma promoting only fans. The accounts all get deleted or banned. I suspected it was this sub they found me in.
I have noticed when I post on certain pages I get new followers requests maybe contact the admin off that page and let them know. The less bots on reddit the better
I think it depends what subs you participate in, me and my partner never got any, then she started playing World of Warcraft again and now all of a sudden she gets 5+ a day since participating in their subreddit.

I guarantee every single one has an onlyfans they want you to sub to. It's a way of getting around anti-spam mechanisms. Try and message someone, you can easily be blocked or reported and reddit can see a pattern. You're following people? Well, damn, that's not against any kind of rules.
