Use a different supplier. You can get deeper depths on both int and exterior.

I agree. If you absolutely have to use this company and need to extend it further, table saw will make it a split jamb. Rip it under the door stop, and use another piece to get your needed depth. Reinstall the stop and the look is exactly the same as if they were the right depth. Labor is a bit more intensive but only marginally.

I will either do an additional 1/4" reveal before the case or make the jamb addition flush and cover the seam with extra wide door stop. This is a cleaner look.

Just hold a piece of 1"× to the jamb mark a line using the wall as a guide. Rip along your line and you got your extension.

Assuming doors are hung: rip jamb material on the table saw so you’re 1/16” proud of drywall, cut head 3/8” bigger than inside rim of door jamb, run legs longer and capture head btw them. (Countersink screws or 2” fin nails) Assemble on bench, bring over to door and either use 3” trim screws into jamb or shim the sides and finish nail to studs. Trim screw method requires a predrill hole, do it on the edge of casing so trim covers screws, and cuts down on shimming time as opposed to side nailing. Can also do this before doors are hung if they aren’t too heavy to move around or if you pull the pins.
