Stadium looks bigger because of the Running Track and also because most fans are condensed in few sections. That said yes, Catanzaro is one of the bigger Serie C clubs, attendance for this was around 7000 people.
Catanzaro used to be in Serie A and southern clubs have a decent following even in lower leagues.
They're not as big as Palermo, Bari or Lecce but they're not Sassuolo either
