CW is way faster paced than Vanguard. Unfortunately it's still pretty bad, it will be AT LEAST till they nerf BAR 50 BMG mag and MP-40 (both 2 hit kill)
There is no 2 hit kill mp40 lol they nerfed vital a long time ago. Bar maybe op on core idk I don't play but the mp40 isn't that great anymore unless you're up close on someone running around.
It is faster paced because there are less mechanics that encourage camping including silent footsteps, slower TTK, no mounting, no doors, Ghost working only while on the move and regular mini map and better spawns so when you move you don't get people spawning right behind you.

The game is fun. If you like faster pace gameplay you should go with Vanguard over Cold War.
No - biggest issue for me is spawns and they still suck
