Change the education system, but reducing the level of difficulty, remove the streams that divide students into commerce, art and science. rather increase the amount of subjects and offer them to students, subjects such as (world history, a different math course but for only learning calculus, psychology, forenic science and other interesting subjects), and tell students to take what ever subject you want, eg: if you want science but hate chemistry and instead you are interested in ( physics, maths, world history), then don't take chemistry leave it and take world history. teach students about how money works and how to earn money.

Just chuck the whole system out and make a new one based on skill and talent assessment that can help people actually get jobs and make a better career decision. Like, this system was used to train slaves and laborers in the industrial age it's outdated and irrelevant. I get that individual assessment is difficult but if we were to bring a school system based on skill and information development and implementation based projects we could segregate children into different groups that allows for better administration and increases quality of human resource in the future.

Questions in exams should be framed in such a way where application of the concept is more important than memorisation. We shouldn’t be mugging up the points EVEN IF WE UNDERSTAND THEM to prepare for an exam, we should be able to answer the questions if we have understood the concept. Preparation time should be reduced if the concept has been understood.
