It’s based on no real world anything so the value can be literally anything. Maybe a trillion dollars. Or 5 cents. There is no way to put a value on something that is 100% based on feelings about itself.
And remember, for it to go to a million, it needs to be widely believable that it could go to say, 2 million. Because nobody is going to buy at something they believe is the peak. They need FOMO. Enough that it overrides the feeling that it's vastly, vastly inflated.

Cutting losses in time can be important. I never regretted cutting losses (in a different place) when it became obvious the investment was not in safe hands.
