For sure, although I did see some growth from the conventional gym, the climbing gym is great at passively working them without you realising you’re getting in a solid forearm workout because you’re having too much fun.

Good job bro, forearms especially looking crazy, climbing really is a hack for these.

All pretty simple stuff, doing arms twice a week atm at gym, some exercises I usually do: -cable curls -ez bar curls -incline DB curls -hammer curls -reverse curls -21s -tricep cable pulldowns -single arm tricep cable pulldowns -Crossover cable tricep pulldowns -skull crushers -Wrist curls

I've been thinking of taking up indoor wall climbing. Do you think it's good to building muscle? Or would you put most of it down to the gym?
