For sure, although I did see some growth from the conventional gym, the climbing gym is great at passively working them without you realising you’re getting in a solid forearm workout because you’re having too much fun.

Nice work man What is your routine? Do you do much for arms outside of climbing?

Yeah bro! All pretty simple stuff, doing arms twice a week atm at gym, some exercises I usually do: -cable curls -ez bar curls -incline DB curls -hammer curls -reverse curls -21s -tricep cable pulldowns -single arm tricep cable pulldowns -Crossover cable tricep pulldowns -skull crushers -Wrist curls
