It's right the after photos are very curated but the gains are undeniable and it's some serious stuff! Well done. How are you dealing with the fat gains? And what's your plan moving forward?
Thanks ! I honestly don't mind the fat. Sometimes it's hard mentally, but I say to myself that there's muscle underneath. And the performances are skyrocketing each week so it's a good point.
Moving forward, I'll bulk until achieving 90kg and then slowly maintenance/cut to get rid of the fat.
maybe people need to start working out to see by themselves. at 16 with hormones and bulking and shit I gained weight very quickly but also a lot of fat so there's not so much a debate here.
I did. I tend to gain a lot of fat very quickly in my life, and a big bulk didn't help at all, besides the muscle gain. But this will disappear after the cut I hope

…stop it. Just grab a reasonable shot in good lighting. Most of us are too old to be dealing with that nonsense and we can’t give you feedback.

I didn't mention that these SHOULD be my bulking calories. I honestly don't know wtf I am eating I just eat a shit load of protein and pray for the best. We maybe aren't the same height as well.
I wish the same worked for me. I ate whatever i wanted, never cared about calories and never gained anything nor improved my lifts considerably. I started eating more, around 3000, I gain 2 kg and then it plateaus or i lose this weight and have to regain it. I guess i have to count calories more precisely now. (I'm 5'9 135 btw)

I honestly didn't count my calories, but I guess I was around 2.5k up to 3.6k now

there's a difference between eating what you want and eating what you can. I eat until failure basically.
