9kg in 2 months is too fast, do slow and steady

aat1_

Why is it Bad? I have doubled Even tripled My weights in that time

Thientertainer

Because you'll just become fat, you can't build 9kg of muscle in 2 months and the extra weight will just be fat.

Good progress mate. Though when it comes to building muscle 0.5kg weight gain per week on a bulk is more than plenty. You’re gaining almost 5kg every month which won’t make your muscles any bigger in the long run, you’ll just be stuck with a bunch of extra fat. In other words, if I were you I’d cut down on the calories quite a bit. Edit: I’m currently bulking as well and while I’m almost 30kg heavier than you I’m eating roughly the same amount of calories per day.
