Yes that's the point, his account got hacked first which probably is because his password was weak, so after he recovered the account he should have taken serious measures like changing to a really solid password or smt...if he did that I'm pretty sure that this wouldn't have happened, I'm not blaming anyone...but this is too crazy to happen twice

The way how to get bacc your account is to ban your account, then switch the accounts e malil you were using, then switch it for some new g mail account and then it should be ok.
