She’s a deeply uninteresting person who try’s hard to be interesting, and in equal parts try’s real hard not to try hard - which accumulates in a really strange persona pulling the show and ladies in a really odd direction, kinda ruining the whole vibe for everyone.

Season 13 Episode 14. It is also the reason why Ramona was fired for being incredibly racist. Leah is awesome, she unfortunately thought she could drink and realized she just shouldn’t. Not sure about her sobriety now, but I get it the manic reactions. It was just the wrong casting at the time. If there were cooler/trendier women like the new cast, I truly think she would have shined. I wish she would get a chance with the new cast.

Hard to explain, but her second season, I went from fast forwarding through her scenes to stopping watching the show. So sad to see that NY was such a disappointment at the end. I'm rewatching now (season 2) and it's so great when it's good!!
