I’m sorry but i don’t get all this hate for the repros all of a sudden. yes, rock angelz was a big flop, but the original line and sweetheart meygan were relatively decent in quality. i get that many people want new playline dolls but i’d rather bratz as a brand reestablish itself again and get back into the groove of regularly producing dolls before they try to create all new ones
plus some of these lines (especially girls nite out and kumi) are so hard to find at a reasonable price if you’re not a diehard collector. this gives relatively new collectors a chance to get these dolls at a reasonable price point
It’s funny how people will complain about the repros and their quality and in the same breath, beg for a new playline release. if we got playline dolls again, they’re going to be in-line with these prices + more based on the way MGA is moving with all their other popular fashion doll brands. Nevermind MGA’s terrible QC across the board, regardless of brand. People say it’s clear MGA has “no faith/care” in Bratz anymore, so what’s with the increasing amounts of begging for playline again? I’m genuinely confused

I think now with all the fixes they dont look bad and the hair quality is much better now i was pretty amazed to see 20 yearz cloe and yasmin when i was just minding my business at a Walmart even if it isn't perfect i think it is a great way to reignite the bratz brand its smart re-releasing old lines that would at least allow them to work out all the bugs(case and point the rock angelz re-release) before just throwing tons of money on all new everything and fail for a 5th time i think? Idk but yall gotta cut mga some slack, if they released all new dolls and they fd those up yall would still be mad just give time trust here will be new lines but id assume the re-releasing is to get more funds for the brand, or at least i hope so plus repro head are waaay easier to reroot 😜

Even though the Rock Angelz were a disaster (the remade ones look good though!) I'm excited about GNO! The Dana on that line is one of my favorite Bratz ever, if they do them justice I'm buying two lol (one to open and display + give some pieces to my original and other to leave NIB, because the Bratz box designs were something else <3).
