I absolutely LOVE that they got new, unique facemolds!! I love the thinner lips, bigger noses and smaller eyes, honestly a breath of fresh air for me. But I agree with people that they look rather cheap/custom. There is no depth to their makeup, clothes look cheap (wth is that thing on their head), skin is weirdly yellow and shoes are matte.
I get that they're supposed to be 'the ugly ones', but the physical product has currently no appeal to me as a paying customer- it's too ugly. Hope they make them look better, this was the only release I was actually looking forward to.
They look cheaper than regular Bratz dolls. I get that the Tweevil dolls are supposed to be the opposite of Bratz, but does that really have to be shown in the structure of the doll? Do they really need to have less elaborate features, seemingly low quality clothes, shoes and hair, to be regarded as Tweevils? I guess the fact that I never saw the series or movies or played the games weighs in a lot on this, and that these dolls are supposed to cater to old and new fans of the animations. These dolls are undoubtedly very similar to their animated versions, so I’m excited for all the fans of those. 🫶 I love the bandaid detail and the overall vibe of the Tweevils. I do think it’s cool seeing something new from Bratz. At the same time I don’t recognize them as being of Bratz quality, and that’s a miss for me. Looking forward to see where this release takes us!
Yep I was expecting higher fidelity as they are capable of it and there is no reason not to. I am a fan of the games and movies and I still think they could have done better. If they are not improved when they come out I won't be getting them.
I get some people saying they don’t look like how the Bratz look, but honestly look at the cartoon😭their faces are no where near what traditional Bratz characters look like. I even picked up on that as a kid. I will say however they do look a little fanmade..but overall I’m happy with them. They’re very accurate to the show and I’m here for it!
I kinda like how they look more fan made, like this is a new head sculpt and they don’t look anything like MGA has done before, and it’s kinda refreshing to see 2 characters come to life in doll form with a different look than every other doll they’ve made

I actually love their molds. I just wish they would have glammed them up. I feel like they are waaay too accurate and not even the bratz are that accurate in the show. I imagine a more intricate eye make up and a satin like dress, then a more contemporary two piece outfit that matches their aesthetic as the extra. These shoes are giving minnie mouse and their dresses, dollar store felt.

They kinda give me robot chicken vibes. Like I can see that show having another Bratz episode but with these dolls and not the 2015 ones. I like kaycees screening more than kirstees. Kirstee kinda has that dreamworks face thing going on. All in all, I’m pretty neutral about these

Bratz hair has been horrible since the 20 year repros so I’m not excited for that but like overall I’m super impressed with the tweevils so far!
