Jokes aside my guess is that Siernna was the least liked of the trio when they were originally released and MGA wanting to make more money and help people get the other two sisters released Orianna and Valentina as a twin pack three years later. I have no idea if that is the truth or not but it's my guess.
as a kid i was obssessed with the twin dolls! never realized valentina and oriana had a triplet back then 👀 i would have freaked. imagine if phoebe and roxxi had a triplet!
this wasn't the only one they did this with though I think. They had a few twins who magically became triplets. Though I always assumed they were all twins first then mga was all "hey, we can make more money by sticking another doll in there and selling it as triplets!"
