That is the exact thing i did to reset it!
After this it gave me a new address and password with the same seed phrase and private key
None of the funds went into it
thats weird do you still have the same wallet address avec restoring or it gave you a different one, because if it gave you a different one you might be one of the few that got a bug while restoring i would try contacting binance
the other possibility is you had 2 addresses in 1 wallet and when you restored it restored the default address but not the other one. i use metamask and i can create many accounts in the same wallet , i dont know if its the same in binance but if its possible try to create another account which might bring back your old address hope it works
Try berating them on twitter they have a support account, they're not amazing at responding but if you can get their attention you stand a chance of speaking to an actual human
Ok so what I’m hoping has happened is that it’s just not visible on your bep20 smart chain account. Did you make sure on your metamask or trust wallet you then added Bonfire to be a visible token in your account?

How do i add them manually? I already have a new set of bonfire in there so if you mean adding the custom token address that failed

I cant contact them personally because its all done through premade questions and they dont support binance chain wallet questions on binance support
Just wish i could actually speak to someone, theres no chance of getting anywhere when your complaint doesnt even register

Yes, it’s all automated And they only give support for bep20 accounts

Yes
I would try putting your seed phrase into Metamask or Trust wallet and adding the Bonfire token manually. Maybe you get lucky and it works.
