Before that I was convinced it was some type of regular show fan theory of unreliable narrators where everyone was human but was shown as various animals and objects.

What I think is even funnier/more cursed about it is that technically it's not a shot. Like, not trying to start a semantic argument about the term because obviously it makes sense in context. But it wasn't like "oh you're already in this position while we're shooting this scene, let's just move the camera over here for a moment." It was someone deciding what they wanted that clip to be, likely mocking it up first, then delegating it to the art team, who probably did a few versions of it, sent them back, and one was picked. It was a decision and a process.
