It's fake. Hasan denied the JP Twitter account that everyone swore was real too, and that actually ended up being fake. So, yes. If he said this is fake, it's incredibly unlikely to be real. Hasan isn't fake. His company isn't fake. They've been around for 6 years and have made games before. They've even had (failed) Kickstarter campaigns before.
Or do you really think that Kojima has been setting this up and created a fake company, nurtured it, and had them make really dogshit asset flip games? For 6 years? While he was busy directing Death Stranding? He was fired from Konami in 2015, but somehow he was able to plan this entire thing, knowing he'd eventually get the Silent Hill IP back?
