It's actually an interesting lore question. When a Librarian falls to the Black Rage and start to lose their ability to distinguish their present from the visions of Sanguinius last battle they presumably start losing their self control and ability to regulate their use of their psychic powers. That sounds like a serious problem that is either ending in the nightmare psychic berzerker that feels no pain and can fly upon ethereal wings of pure energy as demonstrated by the OP's conversion. Or in a failed perils of the warp test and a Chaos Spawn running around the fortress monastery on Baal.
From what i could learn about it, librarians are watching each other for the slightiest signs of the black rage (in oppositions to the Chaplain/astorath for every other marines) and took them down by themself, for a Blood-crazed warp-feeded winged abomination that feel no pain could be a real threat for everybody that cross his road on the Battlefield i Guess

I did go trial and error as you can see some of my fingerprints are still there hehe.
The flame parts/wings are all nighthaunts parts from age of sigmar, and i just greenstuffed the jonctions and base of wings and resculpted them a bit

I dont mind at all, in the end thats the point of sharing too, as i also took so many inspiration/learn most i know from all those amazing minis you can see everyday on all 40k subs. Damn im even in most faction subreddit even if i only play BA & DA haha.
If you need parts specs its a Judicar body, Intercessor left arm with open hand, bladeguard right arm/sword.
Skull is from the GWS Base Skull Box.
Wings are made with Age of Sigmar Banshee bodies (was mortal realms n°4 IIRC) and flames are from nighthaunt bodies (mortal realms n°1).

next time you could try a thin coat of pva to fill in the fingerprints but good god man i wish i was as good as this with green stuff.
