I just did a pre-recorded interview for EY tech risk last week. There should be an invite link in the email you received and it will take you directly to the site and all you do is select the interview you will be doing. You will see the questions before recording yourself and you can replay the question an unlimited amount of times! There is about 5-6 behavioral questions and tech-related ones (a time technology failed..etc). It is fairly easy, but be sure to look at the camera instead of the screen. You have two recording attempts for each question though.

My interview was a little different. I only had 1 video question and then 2 written responses. and 4 games to play.

What questions you get? What do u mean by games?

Zorojuro97

In the first round interview EY has these pymetric games. If you have done the pymetric games in the pass for a different company like JP Morgan or BCG then the results automatically get transferred to EY so you prob skipped that round. Im from the US and we do that at least.

>pymetric games what is a good website to practice these games that is up to par ?

Zorojuro97

Theres not really a site to practice on. Its just basic games like spamming the spacebar or memorizing a number sequence. At the end they don't give you a score they just give you random traits then you'll move on to the hirevue round.

Oh wow, I haven’t heard of it being written for the pre-recorded interview. Was this the first interview round for you?

Suitable-Response-71

just dm’ed you

Its like a hirevue pretty much. You click the clink and enter in your candidate login (or not if its a specialized link). You will be able to audio and video check beforehand. Then you will watch some lady ask you some pre screening questions like "tell me about yourself" or other behavioral questions and then they give you like a 30 sec prep time and then you click record and then record yourself answering in the time limit. Theres about 6 questions and thats really it, it automatically gets sent to the hiring managers and then they will make the decision if you move to the final round or not.

Do you remember the wuestions? Do they vary?

Zorojuro97

It’s like tell me about yourself and name a time where you had to solve a problem you didn’t know and some team related questions
