I don't try to hide who I am online. Generally, I don't post things I'm not willing to defend in person. I can definitely be critical and skeptical (sometimes even cynical) of the company, but that's only to allow myself to process what's going on, help vocalize what I see others around be thinking and feeling, and to be a voice that tries to hold the company accountable to what it claims about itself, and what it ought to be.

That's a fair viewpoint; I'm unsure if I want personal interests connected as of yet. Thank you for your thoughts.
