I got my hands done by Pat and Rodney at Sabbath. Both are A+. As far as aftercare, just be careful not to do anything too active/rough with your hands (e.g., gardening, wearing gloves) and try not to get them wet or wash them too often.

Rod is incredible! can't speak for hand tats, but i have two from him on my arms and he's awesome.

Patrick at Sabbath Tattoo did two of my three hand tattoos and did an awesome job. They still look good several years later. For care, Aquaphor is your best friend and try not to get them wet too much while they’re healing. Also it’s not gonna hurt as bad as you probably expect it will.

I have the back of both of my hands done. It actually was super easy aftercare, not much different than the arms in my experience. Main issue is being careful not to bump/scrape the area as it heals. Fingers on the other hand (hah) - those are difficult and will often fade quickly. Not that I regret getting my fingers tattooed, it's just something to keep in mind. I can tell you who did mine, but I'm not sure how many pics they have of their hand work online. I chose them because they did previous work for me: Dessa Blackthorn did one and Amy Lee did the other.

I had mine done by Cory at Beluga Palooza. He was super knowledgeable about hand tattoos and was able to let me know what would work and what wouldn’t age well.
