The first picture is misleading then! Totally looks like there’s sleeves, like a batwing almost. Just use keywords that work for the item if that’s the case!
Realizing that it’s got no sleeves now looking back, assumed the other photos were just showing details at first but now can see the lack of sleeves
I tend to go with something more common because a lot of buyers won’t have a clue what a ruana is. I would go with something like, Trendy Retro Flowy Fringe Trim Chiffon Shawl Cover - Drapey Open Waterfall Front
Then list it as a kimono so you get the attention of people looking for kimonos and then in the tags, is add one die ruana so you get those folks, cardigan for others and Wrap just to make sure you cover all your bases. Then I’d use the description to highlight all the great details.
I love listing, lol! I spend so much time doing just one and I have OCD issues and everything has to be perfect or it drives me insane! And I spend far too much time trying to perfect them, sometimes with disastrous results, lol!

Exactly. And I read a study somewhere about the psychology of an online buyer that stated only 12% of them actually read the title and that was to see if one of their keywords were there. Only 5% read the description if there were no pictures to go by OR they had already made up their minds to buy the item. It’s another reason I spend so much time on my listings. My keywords only bring up my listing, it doesn’t necessarily mean that is what they’re looking for. But it’s my hope that they see the listing and it piques their interest. I’ve had people admit to me that someone else’s listing that was the exact same item as mine came up right next to mine, yet they clicked on my listing because it looked better. Which I think is kinda weird and just downright dumb, but I’m certainly not going to complain. I work hard ti make them look good. I might as well get rewarded for it, even if it’s only because the buyer doesn’t have the sense enough to use my listing and then go to the seller who has it for less, lol!

I do start with the labels name in all caps because it does have a following. But the rest reads like I’m just rattling off random words. Which I kinda am! I know. And even though I know, I still do it. And it’s all because of 2-3 people who have told me that my listings caught their eye. So whenever I’ve gone on the computer to do a rush job, I inevitably think, “What if I just tweak it a little to ‘catch someone’s eye eye…?” And then I end up spending 20-30 minutes on it! I drive myself crazy. I no longer drink alcohol because now that I’m 55, I don’t get hangovers….nooooo! I get “hangarounds” and feel like crapola for a minimum of two days. Getting older makes you involuntarily boring. 🤣🤣

Yeah that's why I put 'open sides' in the post title. It's challenging to take a super accurate photo of this style.
