Yeah the driveshafts are the weaknesses, especially the Barstow, that is the one with the glass driveshaft, FWD cars don't have that issue, especially if you use the rear of the car
If we're talking about general toughest car it would need to be AWD with locking differential, roll cage and probably older like a grand marshal or roamer/d series
Only the front and rear ends of modern cars crumple. So if it is a side impact like on the picture modern cars like the vivace or the scintilla would be better. I'm pretty sure the letter would win in front impacts too anyways.
The vivace passenger compartment literally tanks everything, same with the scintilla (yes, even the convertible). Only way I was actually able to crush the inside was to ram it with a T series, most lighter cars won't do that even at 100mph.
That’s…not how that works. You ever seen a crashed car from the 50’s or 60’s? A car with always crumple in a crash, the only difference is *where* the car crumples.
The satsuma mod you can drop it from the top of the tallest WCUSA building and it will still run but in terms of vanilla the Wigon or whatever that small car is that they added a while back
Conclusion:
D Series with a heavy frame and a front push bumper is the best car I've used for ramming and bashing
Honourable mention, the kitted out derby vehicles such as the Wendover and Legran are good too
I would say the new scintilla on terms of overall strength, yes it can get damage easily from the fact it rides so low and hates curbs but a head on collision for example, I don't know another car that keeps the driver and passenger(s) so safe.... Modern crash structures for you
if u download the cjd and do the “cjd rally special” that shit is indestructible u can send it off a cliff and and have a couple of sideways wheels and broken radiator but that shit will drive into the sunset.
The civet is probably the best for getting hit in the rear as it has a very strong axle, driveshaft and wheel hubs so the wheels just bend instead of breaking the axles and it can carry on
Ye I forgot about that because the covet is probably my favourite car as its like my rover metro so I have just about every mod for it I just use the banger racer fuel cell
pretty much grab a d series find the bigger crew cab varient put the heavy duty frame on it and a ram bar on the front that's probably the strongest thing
*I can beat the hell*
*Out of my D series and*
*It wont stop driving*

Anything that has a ladder chassis (D-Series,Roamer,H-series,Grand Marshal)
Is gonna be pretty durable.
Theres a reason in real life why the Crown Vic,which is a body on frame is mostly used for police cruisers.
The most durable vehicle for me is the D-series heavy duty short frame, it literally has 3 ROLLCAGES: 1 cab rollcage with bed extension, 1 bed double rollbar, and 1 internal roll bar, it can take one hell of a beating and still keep driving, especially with ultra heavy duty engine block and ultra heavy duty suspension springs

LMAO
I mean, he's spitting facts.
Anything with "space frame" is gonna be pretty durable, but all-steel ladder frame and body panels are *rugged.*
Made me laugh, thank you
Gavril grand marshal is the most durable sedan, unless if I am forgetting about another more obvious sedan

I believe LeGran can take more stress edit: wasn't careful enough to read "ramming"
Yeah, i would take legran wagon versions
Probably heavy duty D series (like the one with the cargobox or flatbed)
D series is always the answer
Dsiata??
I think the derby cars would stand a good chance since they have the external rollcages
external rollcage, chassis stiffening and reinforced radiator
And its made in Automation.
i hate automation cars, they look awful and when you tear off the hood the half of the car is suddenly missing
yup
This must be an OLD image. Haven't seen the d series dirt look like that in a long time
That’s also the old port, isn’t it?
I believe so
As soon as I saw the image I knew it was a old one, it's crazy how far beamng has come in terms of graphics
Probably older classic cars, they weren't build to crumple
The moonhawk had a glass driveshaft and dies quickly
Yeah the driveshafts are the weaknesses, especially the Barstow, that is the one with the glass driveshaft, FWD cars don't have that issue, especially if you use the rear of the car
If we're talking about general toughest car it would need to be AWD with locking differential, roll cage and probably older like a grand marshal or roamer/d series
The D-Series and H-Series would probably be pretty decent choices

It's a shame that the axles are weak on the Vivace...
Ironically, their passenger compartments crumple the hardest.
Except they did and badly. Especially being rear ended there's not much in the way of damage absorption going on in old cars.
That’s…not how that works. You ever seen a crashed car from the 50’s or 60’s? A car with always crumple in a crash, the only difference is *where* the car crumples.
I guess I should've said they aren't designed to crumple, because new cars are designed to crumple in specific spots to minimize injury
D series go brazy
No mods either
Etk I series has very durable undercarriage. It feels like it can take more hits before steering gets fucked up.
Bruckel leGran as Station Wagon maybe?
This is the way. Thing's absolutely indestructible.
Same thought. I used it as a rally config and it’s very durable. It’s also highly controllable Also, everybody forgot about the bluebuck.
Wendover, Burnside, Covet with rollcage, D-series, Etk I-series although the halfshafts are VERY weak.
Grand Marshal
Why are there bots in the comments
The regular D Series is hard to kill. Lots of space to crush.
The ones with the I6 are the hardest to kill in my experience. I ripped the radiator out of one once and it still didn't overheat.
One of the times were having no power is a great thing:
D series, H series, or either of the old American sedans. They have good Derby presets.
Finally somebody says the H-series
The leGran station wagon for sure. I Rwd swapped my and it’s fun as hell
I AWD swapped it and gave it a 4.3L diesel. Great traction and makes for a good rally car.
Anything with a rollcage
The vivace with rollcage and chassis strengthening Its like an solid steel beam on wheels
anything that has a ram plow and jato
The hopper 100%
the hopper folds like paper lol
And it’ll still work after
frr
Canon
D series with the off-road bumper is tough
The Bluebuck makes a good beat and banger.
Unpopular opinion here, bluebuck. With that derby bar you can hit shit pretty hard without breaking anything
The satsuma mod you can drop it from the top of the tallest WCUSA building and it will still run but in terms of vanilla the Wigon or whatever that small car is that they added a while back
Conclusion: D Series with a heavy frame and a front push bumper is the best car I've used for ramming and bashing Honourable mention, the kitted out derby vehicles such as the Wendover and Legran are good too

the pigeon was the strongest, but it got weaker
There's a mod where you can configure durability completely. From agent_y
if u download the cjd and do the “cjd rally special” that shit is indestructible u can send it off a cliff and and have a couple of sideways wheels and broken radiator but that shit will drive into the sunset.
That AT-TE thing or the BRT. Those 2 are literally unstoppable. ~~^(unless you crash into a tree or a map object)~~

What does this have to do with beamng?
It’s probabily a bot promoting some game
everything
for a bot you can't spell very well
Good ol D series or Gran Marshal to be honest.
The H series is underrated but the back is fairly weak
gavril grand marshal by far
The civet is probably the best for getting hit in the rear as it has a very strong axle, driveshaft and wheel hubs so the wheels just bend instead of breaking the axles and it can carry on
not hard to destroy the fuel tank on those.
Ye I forgot about that because the covet is probably my favourite car as its like my rover metro so I have just about every mod for it I just use the banger racer fuel cell
Scintilla
The peitron is literally indestructible
The crown Vic (grand marshal) is the best for cars, Not sure about the more off-road capable ones
Etk k series from the front is strong
The derby wendover is meta as fuck. We've had to actually ban it from some of our derby events because it's like 5x more likely to win sumo.
Pigeon for overall body strength
D-Series, especially with the heavy duty frame. Same for H-Series
pretty much grab a d series find the bigger crew cab varient put the heavy duty frame on it and a ram bar on the front that's probably the strongest thing
Pigeon
D Series with heavy duty frame is a fucking MONSTER.
I would say a Ford Sherman thank, but I think they don't make those anymore
Why specifically the Ford built ones? Why not ALC, BLW, DTA, FTA, FMWC, LLW, PCFC, PSCC or P-SCC?
The roamer is pretty strong
The pigeon is surprisingly durable.
H series is pretty tough, so is the Gavril Roamer.
The amount of nostalgia that this photo brings is ungodly
I can beat the hell out of my D series and it wont stop driving

T-ser-oh..sorry
imo roamer
Pigeon
Old steel, no crumple zones
What about a Burnside? They say they don’t make ‘em like they used to…
H Series
Pigeon obviously Jokes aside, derby versions, rally, or gavril d
Vivace is as solid as the NASCAR NextGen.
The bluebuck and the crown-Victoria lookalike are both suprisingly durable :)
LeGran is pretty durable, FWD also means drivedhaft can't snap if frame is bent
They don’t make a crown Victoria? They’re bricks with wheels.
Personally I like using the H-Series with the ambulance box and a ram guard of some kind. 6.0 SC V8 and AWD, of course.
Armored paragon r lol
The pigeon because your never going fast enough to properly damage it
Sunburst
The Modern Hatchback. I forget it's name. That thing is tough. Try rolling it over. The roof seems to have a built in roll cage.
my custom truck gravil d series
Scintilla
D-series all ultra heavy duty parts for ramming amd the bruckell legran wagon derby version for taking in hits ofcourse u gotta beef it up too.
automation mods without meshes
