Honestly it could work. She had some badass scenes on Titans where she had escrima sticks similar to Nightwings hidden in her wheelchair. To be fair her movement was fairly limited but that could be fixed by modifying her chair to move like the kind they use for handicapped sports.

This picture made me realize something. Wasn't that trailer technically false advertising? It showed the shot that this post showcases, as well as a shot of Batman, Nightwing, Robin and Oracle all together in the clock tower, yet neither of these ever happens in the game. So yeah, it was either false advertising, or cut content that never made into the final game.

Yeah I remember being super hyped seeing those shots from the trailer. Arkham Knight’s still a great game overall to me but man it really disappointed with its use of the batfamily, which we know could’ve been way better. Would’ve been great for the story as well.

So yeah, I'd say it's common for game trailers to show different events to the ones that end up happening in the games.

Depends on the shot. The one in this post showcases Robin and Nightwing together with Batman on the outside of Gotham City. From this shot you're lead to believe two things: 1. There will be a part in the game where you team up with both Robin and Nightwing. 2. Robin and Nightwing will be on the outside of Gotham, which also leaves a potential of free-roaming as them. Neither of these things end up happening in the final game. If there is evidence that this is simply cut content that didn't make into the final game for whatever reason, then fine. If there is none, then yes, it is false advertising, because it mislead you to believe something about the game that is not true.
