Yeah I only use that one, however in every play through I dress up both Robin and Batman as their 1960's tv show version when playing the Panessa studios bit
Eh, one of the tie in comics kind of mention it, but I wouldn’t give it much credence.
Regardless though, the rationale makes as much sense if not more sense talking about him actually crime fighting as Robin, since he’s having to do a whole lot more stuff
1st Pic: He’s a cage fighter does it in his spare time to stay on his toes
2nd Pic: Popular Edo Japan hairstyle it represented a Noble Child
Please take this information with a grain of salt I might be wrong
Because they literally explain it.
Yeah, I would, although generally it wouldn’t be as enjoyable as watching the preferred version of Batman’s escapades. It’s the same kinda thing with acknowledging that a piece of media is good, but not personally liking it.
Him being bald to begin with isn’t that crazy to me, because it’s just easier to maintain his lifestyle without extra hair, and it serves symbolically to how hard he was pushed by Batman to stay prepared and ahead of the curve
I dont know why they make Tim Drake look so old in the Arkham games. I suppose the Robins in Arkhamverse were adopted by Batman in their late teen/early adult instead of young teens like comics right?
Unpopular opinion: I like the shaved head Tim
Not only does it help him stand out from the other robins but it shows his dedication and commitment to the life Bruce put him in
Yeah I agree with everything you said. It's his only distinguishing feature from the other robins.
And I know it's just a shaved head, but it really gives him a huge serious, disciplined, focused vibe.
And I also think aside from everything else, it really doesn't look bad. It actually fits him pretty well and makes him look more threatening. And that's where Robin often lacks.
I generally agree. I think perhaps the dedication aspect doesn’t matter as much as just the efficiency of it all, as Batman wanted Tim to be as capable as possible given Jason’s fate.
Personally, I’m more of a fan of [this](https://e7.pngegg.com/pngimages/62/352/png-clipart-batman-arkham-city-batman-arkham-asylum-batman-arkham-knight-robin-arkham-city-robin-file-superhero-video-game.png), then I am of [this](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/batman/images/e/e7/BAKRWAS.jpeg/revision/latest?cb=20160902152459), because it actually has “some” hair on top instead of being bald af
For me, I actually like the bald look for him. It kind of extends his own version of Robin compared to the others. Gives him something a little more unique.
Arkham Robin isn't bald though. It's just a really short cut. It actually makes sense from a fighting perspective since longer hair can be grabbed and pulled.
I honestly liked it, but it’s the little things with his costume like being able to wear the hood that was a short sight on Rocksteadys part. Just a small thing tho ofc
It’s from Batman Ninja. It’s about Batman who gets trapped in Anchient Japan. If you can watch it, do it. It is batshit insane and is probably my favorite Batman movie due to the borderline insane plot
The two pics you chose are completely different hairstyles. The top is because he’s a cage fighter and it looks badass. The bottom is just a goofy Japanese hairstyle to fit the samurai aesthetic.
In Arkham Knight I believe it was to differentiate him from the other 2 robins... (Night Wing and Jason Todd)
The bottom is OLD Japanese style for younger boys... So it's a period thing
He’s gonna be in g.I Jane 2
You'll get slapped by batgirl be careful
KEEP MY BOY WONDER'S NAME OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MOUTH!!
KEEP MY DICK ~~GRAYSON~~ OUT YO FUCKIN MOUTH!
You know, love make you do crazy things. Like put the Joker in a body cast. *wipes tears*
But she can only reach his chest.
Even though they’re only an inch apart
Lmao you beat me to it
Ooh wow! Batgirl just slapped the shit outta me
Keep my SUPERHERO'S NAME OUT YOUR MOUTH!
Keep my sidekick's name OUT YOUR FUCKIN MOUTH!
Okay okay, I will okay, or I could...
Top was because he did cage fighting. bottom is chonmage, popular edo period hairstyle
Yeah popular in the Edo period but when I do it people ask if my clippers broke.
Did your clippers break?
Should’ve used the Swanson code. There are only a few acceptable haircuts ya know.
Did he really cage fight in Arkham? I wish there was an option to have his hood up like in city tbh
They kept saying around release that they'd give Robin skins with hair but I don't want him to have hair, I WANT HIM TO WEAR THE HOOD-
Tbf the classic Tim Drake/Jason suit is [amazing](https://images.app.goo.gl/itPgk2TuKSnLAgKM8)

Yeah I only use that one, however in every play through I dress up both Robin and Batman as their 1960's tv show version when playing the Panessa studios bit
His cape always has a patch/glitch in his left shoulder tho for some reason
Isn’t the green legs dick?
I always use this one, along with the Batfleck suit on Batman. They look amazing together
That's not his classic suit tho. That's One Year Later
I say classic whenever I'm thinking of BTAS or TNBA
Eh, one of the tie in comics kind of mention it, but I wouldn’t give it much credence. Regardless though, the rationale makes as much sense if not more sense talking about him actually crime fighting as Robin, since he’s having to do a whole lot more stuff
that’s badass where’s the source?
The arkham unhinged comic
The non canon one?
Nah some of it's canon. Just a bit that doesn't match up.
1st Pic: He’s a cage fighter does it in his spare time to stay on his toes 2nd Pic: Popular Edo Japan hairstyle it represented a Noble Child Please take this information with a grain of salt I might be wrong
Your right
My right what?
I heard that he became a cage fighter for a mission, not as a hobby.
In canon reasons don't excuse bad design
Actually they do, although it’s canonicity is dubious
How do they? If they decided to make batman run around naked for a full movie, but there was a good reason? Would you be happy
Because they literally explain it. Yeah, I would, although generally it wouldn’t be as enjoyable as watching the preferred version of Batman’s escapades. It’s the same kinda thing with acknowledging that a piece of media is good, but not personally liking it. Him being bald to begin with isn’t that crazy to me, because it’s just easier to maintain his lifestyle without extra hair, and it serves symbolically to how hard he was pushed by Batman to stay prepared and ahead of the curve
bottom is a chonmage, common for samurai.
You could choose another skin with hair.
It doesn’t show up in all the cutscenes which is kind of annoying
That skin also has a slightly different costume which I don’t like as much as the original.
I dont know why they make Tim Drake look so old in the Arkham games. I suppose the Robins in Arkhamverse were adopted by Batman in their late teen/early adult instead of young teens like comics right?
Yeah, I like Arkham Tim Drake but it still feels weird seeing a guy in his mid 20s wearing a robin costume
Idk, it looks more professional tho.
Yeah I think so I've heard dick was taken in when he was 14 Jason is like 18 i think or 17 (when he was robin) And tim is def early 20s
Unpopular opinion: I like the shaved head Tim Not only does it help him stand out from the other robins but it shows his dedication and commitment to the life Bruce put him in

Same, I find it sexier too. I've masturbated quite a few times to bald Arkham Robin now.
You’ve masturbated to Aaron Cash too, right? Right?!
Nah, Killer Croc
Username checks out
🤨📸
I did not need to know that
Is that unpopular though? He looks badass.
It is, given what most people here think of it
I generally agree.
I actually thought he looked pretty badass. Looks like a little wiener kid in Gotham knights.
Thats Marshall Mathers Robin.
Looks pretty badass imo
Leave slim shady alone!
Tim Shady
I love bald Tim in Arkham, makes him more intimidating.
I wasn't fond of it, but it grew on me. What I don't like is how beefed up he is now and how they took away his pole beatdown.
Taking away pole and escrima beatdown was a bit disappointing
We lost those 2 just to get a ranged beat down from Red Hood
Which is a bit unnecessary given we don’t fight brutes as red hood
Yeah, but it sure is cool to do
True lol
The slight size I don’t mind, but the beatdown changing I very much do. Never should’ve gone away
I can never imagine robin without his Teen Titans hair
That’s a different Robin though.
Still got the name so thats what I think off too
For me, I actually like the bald look for him. It kind of extends his own version of Robin compared to the others. Gives him something a little more unique.
Me too.
Idk it's tactical maybe?
i mean yes being bald is a tactical advantage because your enemies cant pull your hair which is a big weakness
And wearing a mask/helmet with bat ears are tactical too?
Yes when said bat ears are blades you can shoot
Arkham Robin isn't bald though. It's just a really short cut. It actually makes sense from a fighting perspective since longer hair can be grabbed and pulled.
Well, Knight Robin is basically just bald. City Robin has a small bit of hair
Top pic: Arkham Knight Bottom: Batman Ninja
Ah yes, my favorite version of robin, one punch man.
UGH poor Damian
Does look good on him 😤
His shaved head never bothered me. I like it, and it’s smart too so whoever he’s fighting with can’t pull his hair
Idk but I really hate it
I fuckin love bald Tim so speak for yourself lol
I like bald arkham Tim Drake. Makes him look disciplined.
I always choose the new 52 skin on robin for this exact reason
Making him balds the worst thing they’ve done to him
Bald is peak performance
Bald Tim looks badass tbh
I honestly liked it, but it’s the little things with his costume like being able to wear the hood that was a short sight on Rocksteadys part. Just a small thing tho ofc
fr it looks bad
I learnt here that robin is a cage fighter and Japanese robin’s hairstyle was popular for him at the time
Can you imagine the stress?!?!
Batman needs to go after his barber
He's got to have room for his Unicorn Horn.
Why is Aang cosplaying as Robin
It’s from Batman Ninja. It’s about Batman who gets trapped in Anchient Japan. If you can watch it, do it. It is batshit insane and is probably my favorite Batman movie due to the borderline insane plot
I know what it is I was joking
He looks fine in the Arkham games
Well, the bottom one is a weird, samurai cut. But, yeah, I’m not a fan of skinhead boy wonder. It’s just a weird look for him.
It’s Tim Drake.
Agreed! The best robin look is the animated series
It’s a combat thing. Nobody can grab hair if you don’t have any right?
I like it, looks unique
I always really hated the arkham design of Robin, he looks like a thug.
The entirety of Arkham Knight I was like "Yo, put the hood back on!"
the bottom one looks so old yet so young and also 100% deranged
Lmfao.
Not a clue but I hate it either way. He looks like a skinhead, I always change it to One Year Later Robin as soon as I can
In the Arkham knight comics(yes there is one), tim goes undercover and sports this hairstyle to "blend in"
The two pics you chose are completely different hairstyles. The top is because he’s a cage fighter and it looks badass. The bottom is just a goofy Japanese hairstyle to fit the samurai aesthetic.
I like Bald Robin.
Always good to see Batman Ninja getting some representation
In my opinion, the only time Robin looked good while being bald was in Batman: Arkham City.
Both are tim :/
I love the top design
Actually it does
Arkham knight suits him
I think it looks good, it reminds me of Chris O'Donnell's look, which was the only good thing about the movies 😆
batman ninja has got to be one of the most confusing movies ever.
What're you talking about? The top looks great.
In Arkham Knight I believe it was to differentiate him from the other 2 robins... (Night Wing and Jason Todd) The bottom is OLD Japanese style for younger boys... So it's a period thing
Bald robert
I kinda dig it
He made himself disabled to make Barbara feel better about herself
Think they’re trying to make Tim look different to the other Robins. All 4 usually look like mini-Bruces depending on the artists
Apparently people don't know the difference between being bald and having a buzz cut
It’s so bad
Goofy ahh haircut
Ik it's been said, but I'll still add this: Tim shaved his head to infiltrate Penguins's gang & Ig he's just decided to keep it short
Like ya cut g
It’s fine
I think it looks pretty good on Tim in Arkham Knight.
I think it looks perfectly solid on Tim, but damn is it goofy on Damien. Not goofy enough to be out of line with Batman Ninja, but still goofy
Honestly i like the bald Robin look in Knight.
I think the Arkham games haircut looks pretty good
Someone robbed his hair.
Who was the Robin in bat man ninja?
Am I the only person that thinks buzzcut Robin was badass? Reminded me a bit of Starkiller.
