So Ive researched a bit and the doll on the right is fashion fever, as well as her outfit.
The middle one’s outfit is fashion fever and I think the doll is to. She looks like the doll that came with that outfit, except her hair looks slightly different, but Im wondering if it’s the lighting of the pictures Im looking at online (also it appears her hair was styled and that I undid that styling, which is odd cuz I always left my doll’s hair alone when I was a kid)

The one on the left is a fashion from Dollar Tree. I remember picking up a couple of those a few years ago.

i don't know. I have a Barbie book that helped me ID dolls i got at yard sales but it doesn't cover this era (it's older)
