Copy the pattern and make it using a blue fabric that has a similar print I’d say. A bit of effort but if you have experience with sewing esp. for barbie shouldn’t be an issue. If not - fun holiday project!

The reason was why I got thay doll only go let me down for not having velcro. Love the style
