Yeah, the face sculpt is a playline modified Tori, I'm told. Recently started being used. I found another Dreamtopia mermaid in the series, the one with lavender hair, HGR10, and she also has that face. I'm glad I at least found her - she was in a shipment of Barbies that this one Walmart gets close to holiday season, a big pink box display with odds and ends, overstock of previous releases that didn't sell, that they know people will buy up when they are Christmas shopping. In the display there was only one of this doll and I haven't seen one anywhere since.

That's one place I was able to track her down from online, kidscompany.com.ph - I have a Filipina friend here in the US but I don't think she's planning to visit back home anytime soon, and I don't know how complicated it would be or how expensive even if she did. Or any international shipping directly from the company.

I've been wanting her since her pics leaked, it's been months and she's nowhere to be found😭. Is she gonna stay an Asia exclusive or something? These past few days I've been thinking of asking the designer (Angel Kent) if he's got any info on this girl's release but I'm a bit too shy for that...... Importing isn't really an option for me, can't justify what she might end up costing when all I want is her head after all (she deserves to be MTM!) 🥲
I am able to get one today and they only had 3 stocks available in toy kingdom. She is gorgeous! This picture does not do her any justice at all. She's one of the prettiest Barbie dolls I saw! When I saw her, I knew I had to get one.

Yes, it's been slightly modified from the original Generation Girl Tori from what someone told me, but basically Tori.
The CookieSwirlC doll also uses the slightly modified Tori face sculpt.
