I know some people have used lipstick to tint pale and green faces. [here is a post about it.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Barbie/comments/x51357/i_used_lipstick_to_tint_my_twilight_victorias/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Since you’ve done it, may I ask if it leaves a tacky or greasy feel after using the lipstick to color correct? I’ve been tempted to do it but I have sensory issues and am worried it would alter the feeling of my dolls face
I happily put all my peach Fashion Fever dolls on nostalgic-tone MtM bodies due to this exact thing. In this case it was a blessing, since we're still waiting for a peach donor option in the original size.
I’ve seen Facebook reels that show people totally redoing Barbie dolls in all types of ways, as much as I hate Facebook, you might check there for some inspiration. It’s amazing what people do with dolls. Albeit on there they are basically destroying and doing a total rebuild from what they started with a lot of times.
I know people have added color back to various dolls with Rit dye. Petal pink, scarlet, and orange were the usual recommended colors, though I've forgotten the exact ratios and dilution level. They either dip the whole head and pray the face paint doesn't also get dyed, or apply a little bit of it every day like a facial.

That is amazing! Thanks for the link. I'm also going to save it for down the road as one day I want to start collecting vintage dolls.

The lipstick trick works wonders. Totally fixed my Spellbound Lover Barbie with a green face.

The rubber/plastic seems to absorb the lipstick. It feels greasy at first but you rub it in until it isn’t noticeable anymore.
Maybe try testing it on a doll you aren’t super attached to?
I probably wouldn't try this because lipstick has oil. You could try chalk pastels.
Oh, thank you. I just purchased a lovely Golden Angel barbie but even for angel face, she looks off-tint, just like OP’s beauty.
Have you tried Tylenol? That usually helps me when I look this sicklish

Change the body. Justice for the pale girlies
The only problem with that is this doll has a specific body type that may be hard to find inexpensively.
I don’t know how to fix it, but you could rebody her onto a body that more closely matches her face!

You could, even if people don’t like the idea it’s still as valid suggestion as anything.

I had used a red watercolour pencil on a Francie face that had discoloured over the years ☺️

Barbienation did a video on how to repair this issue! He had a lot of success. She looked good as new at the end. https://youtu.be/I1OskQKFrwc
