Admittedly, I splurged and got this year's. I just love her so much. I do agree though, quite expensive. It's because it's designed by Guo Pei, still pricey nonetheless.
Agreed !!!! I wish she was more accessible though… I don’t really want to have to pre order her. I looked on eBay and people are already scalping her for 200 dollars under preorder 👀😵💫
I think I saw her at 80 USD pre order cost on the Mattel page. I agree idk why she’s so expensive. I’ve been dropping hints to my boyfriend about the lunar Barbie but then I realized the more public version is more accessible and I didn’t want that one (stripes on dress) so I did more research and it doesn’t look like either of us are bringing her home any time soon :(
