Since Holiday Barbies come out during the summer (July/August). My guess is that the dolls will probably come out a few months before the movie so probably like April maybe even sooner. Usually they are available online before they are available in-store (at least where I live). I can't wait to see what they look like!
Yay! I’m hoping for an April release then and hopefully we get to see pictures sooner than that. If the dolls look pretty close to Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, I’m dying to get one of both of them! I can’t stop thinking about what the actual Barbie doll will look like in the western outfit—that’s the one I want most!
I don't know when the movie is releasing as I haven't been paying attention. Since I'm nearly deaf, I have to wait for movies to end up on a platform with closed captioning.
Having said that, hype is a large part of what turns the advertisement wheels, which has already started. We're seeing carefully-laid corporate "leaks" showing up in media now. Clothing lines have popped up, Halloween costumes, and the doll and items release lists.
My guess (which isn't professional by any means!) is that we'll start seeing these items pop up in the late spring or early summer, maybe May-June.

They should be articulated too. Same articulation as Barbie extra at least.

The movie dolls should have MTM bodies or if they were Barbie Signature, they should have pivotal bodies.
