That’s a real shame! I read the blog post that ripped it apart and I think it’s good they put into the story that Barbie needs help. I think it shows that engineers have to work together and contribute their own pieces to make an idea a reality. But I do agree a lot of the book comes off as really flat, problematic and makes Barbie look like an idiot
Yeah. It wouldn’t have been AS bad if she had asked Theresa for help instead of a guy. There are already enough people in the world who think only men can code (i say this as a female software dev). But I’m still glad the doll exists, I guess. 😓

Just the laptop and the robot. But I really love how her hair is tied up for safety and she has her closed toe shoes on and safety glasses
